Toronto–Buffalo Submarine Cable Project – Marine Survey Underway
Crosslake Fibre has started the marine route survey for its Lake Ontario submarine fibre-optic cable linking Toronto and Buffalo. This milestone includes geotechnical, geophysical, and unexploded ordnance surveys to optimize the pathway and ensure durability of the cable installation. With this foundational step underway, Crosslake is advancing toward shore-end preparations and construction phases.
